Applications for Admission
    Transfer Application Fall 2019 & Spring 2020  
   

To apply for admission to St. Louis College of Pharmacy, complete all sections of the application below. At the bottom of each screen, select “Next Page” to advance to the next section of the application. 

St. Louis College of Pharmacy admits students regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origin, disability, age, or sex, nor does it discriminate to these or any individual in any of its educational programs, activities, or employment policies as required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and by Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments. Inquiries regarding compliance with Title IX or Section 504 may be directed to Human Resources or to the director of the office for civil rights, Department of Education, Washington, D.C.

    Freshman Fall 2020 Academic Year  
   

All applicants graduating from high school in 2020 and will enroll at STLCOP Fall 2020. Applicants who have graduated high school prior to 2020, but not enrolled in college coursework since graduating should complete this application as well. 

Please indicate if you are applying for Early Action or Early Decision (Deadline: December 1), or if you are applying for Regular Decision (Deadline: March 1). You will be required to submit a completed application for admission and all supplemental materials for the decision type you select.

To apply for admission to St. Louis College of Pharmacy as an undergraduate transfer student, complete all sections of the application below. At the bottom of each screen, select “Next Page” to advance to the next section of the application.
